Who is it for?

WordPing is designed for everyday language learning by adults aged 18 and over. It does not provide child-specific education, parent accounts or a child-directed service. This product target is distinct from a store content age rating; store questionnaires must reflect actual content and features. In-app age verification has not been implemented.

What WordPing does

WordPing is a learning tool that presents words, phrases and short sentences through notifications and spaced review. No account signup is required. A language level, exam result or particular learning outcome is not guaranteed. Report content or translation errors through support.

Notification and content limits

Notifications use the permission and time window you choose. Exact delivery cannot be guaranteed because of OS behavior, battery settings and device conditions. The local plan covers up to seven days; device limits may shorten it. Open the app occasionally to refresh it. Initial content downloads and updates require a connection; downloaded content can be used offline.

Purchases, renewal and cancellation

WordPing Pro is offered as optional weekly, monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. Each plan’s price, billing period and renewal terms are shown in the app and in the store purchase flow before you confirm. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged to your account within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Request refunds through the relevant store; mandatory consumer rights are preserved. On Apple devices, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Promotional access

A campaign page shows eligibility, access duration and whether the offer is open. Access begins only after server and RevenueCat confirmation; its expiry is shown in the app. Repeated clicks using the same access identity do not restart the expiry. Closed, expired or full campaigns do not grant new access. Closing a campaign later does not change the recorded expiry of previously verified access. Promotional access alone does not start a paid subscription.

Use and sharing

Use the app and support channels lawfully. Do not bypass authentication, access another installation’s records or automate requests to disrupt the service. You may share your own achievement cards. These terms do not grant rights to bulk-copy or redistribute app content, marks or logos as another product; applicable statutory rights remain.

Device data and support

Changing devices or uninstalling the app may lose local progress; the current version has no account-based sync. Privacy and Delete your data explain deletion options and automatic technical data processing. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
